Product Manager

We seek an accomplished, technically savvy Product Manager to define the requirements, manage new product and feature developments across our expanding product offerings. You will work closely with The VP, Product, data science, and technology teams, and directly with strategic partners to develop innovative products in a new market.   • Understand complex business issues, technical challenges, and collaborate with teams to ship on schedule
  • Collaborate with clients, potential clients, and internal teams to understand market needs and trends, and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Prioritize projects among competing opportunities, balance customer needs with business priorities, and articulate rationale behind decisions
  • Identify internal and external customer needs, generate requirements documents, prioritize and manage projects through quick iterations
  • Glean customer insights through data and direct contact with customers and end users
  • Monitor competition and evaluate our positioning in the context of the markets we serve
  • Define, analyze, track and improve key product metrics


  • 2+ years Product Management experience with SaaS products
  • Experience in agile environments
  • Experience building products in new, disruptive markets
  • BS/BA or equivalent
  • A passion for practical use of technology in healthcare and desire to explore new markets
  • Gracious team player capable of navigating the organization with skill and charm
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
