B2B Marketing Communications Professional

We are seeking a passionate, collaborative, and creative marketer to partner with VP of Marketing to drive awareness, sales, and adoption. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. We’re a small, early stage, high-growth company that is using data and predictive analytics to help healthcare organizations transform their workforce and we need you to help us get there.



  • Produce compelling content that is aligned with the buyer’s journey of our key personas to support sales activity  (examples include ebooks, webinars, reports, white papers, infographics, guides, templates, nurturing streams etc.)  
  • Manage content plan, to include planning topics, appropriate medium,  and publication frequency
  • Manage company initiatives related to thought leadership and speaking opportunities
  • Plan and execute company presence at various industry events
  • Collaborate with company leaders, product managers, sales professionals, expert freelancers, and industry influencers to produce relevant content
  • Assist with sales presentations, customer references, client training materials, and planning and executing conferences and events


Must Have:

  • 3+ Years demonstrated Marketing Communications success
  • Ability to, starting from  a blank page, produce copy that will resonate with audiences of varying degrees of sophistication as appropriate
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • MS office and G-Suite mastery
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, track record of: self-directed learning, adapting quickly to new tools to solve problems, and taking initiative and accountability to get things done
  • Demonstrated skills in Marketing, Journalism, Communication, Writing, or equivalent
  • A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions

Nice to Have:

  • Demonstrated success servicing healthcare markets
  • Experience in producing content for the web, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Experience with website maintenance, graphics, CRM, and website analytics
